Now more than ever content is the secret to attracting the right customers and converting sales—yet it’s got to be the right content delivered the right way at the right time to the right people.
And when it comes to holding attention spans, it’s a tough (and losing!) proposition unless you know the elements that really engage your audience.
So today I am taking you on a road trip through some Aussie freeways, so I can share 5 golden rules to content that not only connects, but converts customers.
I hope you enjoy my outback adventure! Leave me a comment to let me know how these content insights impact your business!

Pam thank you so much for the content you give me today. Remember a couple weeks ago when I sitting in a room on Monday and then I commented I need to blow up my whole system and start over?
Thank you for this email

As always, great content! Love the Cruise Ship aisle . Thank you for the strategies – a wonderful checklist!

It was definitely very surreal. I had a colleague with me otherwise I never would have believed my eyes. Sometimes we’re so close to our own message and business that common sense goes out the window! 🙂

Hi Pam,
I am not sure how I got on your email list (must’ve downloaded a freebie). But no matter, glad to be on your list. This video is dead on! This year, I started paying close attention to my bounce rate (the percentage of people jumping ship after getting to my blog) and it pushed me to do think A LOT differently. Things like creating more videos, eye catching visuals and audio.
Nice job Pam and thank for Sharing! I look forward to devouring your content!

Hi Pam,
I am not sure how I got on your email list (must’ve downloaded a freebie). But no matter, glad to be on your list! This video is dead on and timely!
This year, I started paying close attention to my bounce rate (the percentage of people jumping ship after getting to my blog) and it pushed me to do things A LOT differently. I am creating more videos, eye catching visuals and audio (podcast). I am started to see the difference already. People simply have no time to sift through the ever growing mountain of information.
Nice job Pam and thanks for Sharing! I look forward to devouring your content!

Thanks Oumar, nice to have you as an official part of my community! I love that you’re tracking your traffic and what’s happening after people engage – too many people focus on just raw traffic and without this kind of testing a lot of times it’s either (1) the wrong traffic (audience who doesn’t convert) or (2) the wrong message to that traffic once people find you. So we have to track it all the way through to make sure we’re attracting the right traffic, the right way with the right message to get them to convert. Thanks for sharing – and happy “devouring!” 🙂

Love the content Pam. I’m actually in Corning, NY this weekend so this is some timely!

Oh wow! What are you doing there?!?! Be sure to go to Aniello’s pizza on Market Street – best pizza on the east coast. (David Perry is the manager – his dad and my mom were best friends). You’ll probably also find some “interesting” marketing examples, there too. 🙂

You’re right! Pizza was fantastic. My wife is taking classes at Corning Glass Museum. I’ve been through MMLiT and MML Academy and still sttuggling getting my content organized so I’m locked in my hotel room trying to organize it. And it snowed here!

Great tips Pam. They are very similar to what I tell my App clients when we launch their new business App and they want to drive traffic etc.
By the way, what video software are you using to edit and add graphics, if you don’t mind me asking?
Thanks Ian
