As schools gear up across the States this month, teachers are presumably asking themselves something that is also on the mind of most business owners:
How do I command attention and keep my audience (class) engaged?
Now, you would think we—seemingly—have an easier task than wrangling a group of over-stimulated school kids. But it turns out that the same principles needed to connect with schoolchildren apply to our own customers. So today, I have five presentation tips that will not only capture the attention of your prospect, but also help you ensure that your customers follow through and take action with you.
I hope you enjoy these five keys. Let me know the strategies you use to connect with your audience in the comments below!

Hi Pam,
Loved your tips AND the way you presented them.
I know I can improve upon creating context. I think I do it some of the time, but not throughout the presentation.
It’s funny how a “small ” think as forgetting to tell people to sit down can throw off the energy of the event. People get confused then.
I plan to listen to this again.
Thanks for sharing this!
