Today we’re talking a bit of politics.
Don’t worry—I am not going to hit the campaign trail any time soon! However one thing we as entrepreneurs DO have in common with candidates is making sure we connect, influence and ultimately persuade our audience to take action.
But what happens when there is a bit of disempowering mindset standing in the way of converting leads to customers?
Today I’ve got one big concept to help you turn doubters into buyers, along with some customized solutions to help you tackle any objections you are hearing from your audience.
Meanwhile, please leave me a comment below and let me know how you plan to close the gap with your audience . . .

Excellent points and crucially important reminder that our audience has likely not had the same background information that we have a had. It all goes back to approaching any information that you are presenting, just present it as if you are explaining things to a five year old.

No matter that we are here in Australia, it’s the same objections we have to deal with to get past the customers blind spots, our ability to effectively reach, influence, persuade and help our audience to get the results they’re looking for by offering unique solution to close the credibility gap to help turn doubters into buyers, its massive what you say because its the difference as a marketer staying broke or getting rich, it has helped me re-ignite sales I was having problems with, Thanks so much Pam
PS: it’s a perfect example you give of the election and the tough campaign trails that Trump, Clinton, Cruz all face the same massive challenges to win prospects emotionally to win the Presidents political office.

Thanks John and 100% agree about the challenge of candidates (in any country!). I think the biggest challenge (and excitement) as a marketer is being able to get into your prospect’s head and understand (and empathize with) what they want and need. As you say, this is true around the globe in any business. Thanks for your note!

What I REALLY want to know is what are you using to handle the transcript, audio and comments on your website?? I think that it is wonderful that you give a transcript option because everyone learns best differently and I have written and emailed many, many “Gurus” to ask for the transcript option and basically the response is always the same “Sorry, You are SOL.” I don’t buy anything from them because it is perfectly obvious to me that they are only interested in parting me from my money ….and only on their terms. Thanks Again

Thanks so much Quantella! I know that everyone learns a different way and so I love to provide options so that people can use the format most convenient for them. Video is usually the preferred format by most people, however, audio makes it easy to listen while you’re doing other things like driving, working out, getting ready in the morning, etc. Transcripts are nice to go back and review the material so you can implement it. I have a great transcriptionist I’ve been using for a long time, but would recommend Rev.com for an inexpensive solution for most businesses. Thanks for your comment! 🙂

Hi Pam and as always, great presentation and relevant material.
As soon as I heard you saying some of the comments I realised that I knew them , but hadn’t written them down. Now I have and will use them when doing my presentations.
Looking forward to our next video.

Thanks Nobby! I usually teach what I also need to remember myself so I can relate. Hope you are well! 🙂
