Which would you rather live without: your toothbrush or . . . your smartphone?
If you had to think it over for a second, I get it! I often have to remind myself that I once survived without an iPhone!
Clearly, we are so plugged in these days, constantly checking our email, reading articles and scrolling through our Facebook feeds. And as business owners, this provides us with a huge opportunity: to develop a relationship with potential customers through content.
Content can either engage your audience and motivate them to invest in your products and services—or it can plummet to the bottom of their newsfeeds, ignored and unread.
And the difference between content that earns likes, shares and customers, and content that heads straight to the trash folder, comes down to two tips I’m sharing in this week’s video.
When you apply these two tips, you can be sure that your content will resonate with your audience, increase your authority and attract long-term customers.
Check it out below!

Hi Pam
Thank you again for your great tips on how to engage with my audience. I really resonate with you when you say to know the outcome and make it about our clients. I try to focus on those two things too when writing my blogs or talking to someone whom I want to make an impact on (of course, I’ve taken many of your course and especially the Content Crash Course so I should know!). I can tell when I hit the mark when I my clients tell me “You were talking to me!” “How did you know I needed to hear that now?” If I can do that all the time, I’d be a superstar.
I look forward to your next video/blog, as always xox

PS I was also in Portofino back in 2001 with Tony and Sage with the Platinum Partners and it was AMAZING. But I think I was narrating to my peers at that time too 😉

Ciao bella! Thanks for your message Irene – you do a great job of connecting on that deeper, resonant value with your audience and it’s one of the reasons you’re successful! Congratulations! XO

Hi, Pam,
Thank you so much for this video. I especially appreciate the example you provided demonstrating the difference between a “narrative” video versus one that benefits and engages the audience. I really need to see the implementation of concepts like this before I get it. I would love to have my audience engaging more with my Facebook posts and can already see how to improve on my technique so thank you!!
Registered for the free training webinar and excited to hear more about this.
